Step 1: Find Your Ideal Rope Length
A properly sized jump rope should reach about chest height when standing on the middle of the rope with both feet. Use the guide below to determine your starting length:
✅ Beginner Fit (Longer Rope, Easier to Control): Handles should reach just below your shoulders when stepping on the rope.
✅ Standard Fit (Best for Most Users): Handles should reach mid-chest when standing on the rope.
