Freedom Strength Strongman Sandbags can be easily filled and emptied for portable convenience from your home, the gym, the park, or the beach. They are a unique, portable training tool for athletes of any experience level. 

Strongman Sandbags are available in seven different sizes, ranging from 50 lbs up to 350 lbs to accommodate whatever level of fitness you are on. Every sandbag has a built-in filler bag with double velcro inside an additional zipper and velcro closure flap. This ensures the filler material stays fully contained during any workout you can throw at it.

Freedom Strength Strongman Sandbags are heavy duty and able to withstand drops and heavy use, but they are not designed to be slammed. Recommended to be used on rubber or nonabrasive surfaces to keep the integrity of the bags intact. 

Please note: The loadable weight of each sandbag is dependent upon the size and density of the filler materials being used. Certain materials may cause the weight of the bag to be more or less than the stated weight on the bags. Filling the bag over the labeled weight listed on each bag may cause undue stress at the seams, potentially causing them to tear and not be covered under the warranty. WE RECOMMEND WEIGHING THE SANDBAGS WHEN YOU FILL THEM TO BE SURE THE WEIGHT OF THE SANDBAGS ARE ACCURATW. The strongman bags may expand over time with use. Also, the zipper protection flap is not intended to be used as a handle. Using it as a handle to pull or throw the bag may result in damage and will not be covered under warranty.
