Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new and unused condition, exactly as you received it, in its original packaging. Because of the nature of our products, sandbags must never have been filled with sand or any other filling material to qualify for a return. Once a sandbag has been filled, it is no longer eligible for return under any circumstances. Freedom Strength reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@freedomstrength.us. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return your eligible item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Freedom Strength reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
