So far it is holding up great. We own a CrossFit gym and every brand we try has sand billowing out all over the floor. We have double lined them and added gravel or mulch. Nothing helps. But these bags seem to have figured it out. We have only used it a couple of times, so results are subject to change, but so far these are the best we have gotten.

Tough Sand Bag

Perfect for deep squats, high rep over the shoulder tosses, and a great starting point for beginners. I throw this bag with confidence, the quality does not disappoint.

I needed a light bag for accessory lift and explosive training. The 75 pound bag allows for high reps and takes the abuse the way only Freedom Strength bags can.

Was skeptical at first but 100% worth it very versatile and fun to use.

When I bought the bag, I wasn't quite ready to lift it. So I kept working with my 100lbs bag that I already had. Just filled up the 150lbs bag, currently holding 136lbs of sand, having a bit of trouble fitting the last 14lbs but I'm sure I'll be able to once I pick up the bag a few times and the sand settles. I'm also used to a bag being every so slightly underfilled, so maybe that's my issue. As for the bag itself, seems to be made of great quality material. Solid all around. I'm very happy with my purchase, can't wait to use it to it's full potential 💪

This is my fourth bag from Freedom Strength. I have the 75 pound, 150 pound and 200 pound now I have added the 125 pound bag. I work out outside I. The Florida heat and rain they are the best and most durable bags. They give me a hardcore workout. The 250 pound bag is next on my list.

Needed a heavier bag. So, I decided to go with the Freedom Strength bag! Filled up nice and easy. Also, love the flap design! It really does make the bag a step above the rest! Thanks for the recommendation and I look forward to getting my 250lbs from Freedom Strength after I adapt to my new 200 pounder!

My first sandbag, and super happy with it, it’s clearly very well constructed!

As a father of three, life is busy. I missed going to the gym and when our newborn came along I felt home workouts were inevitable. Excellent quality

The bag came as described and seems to be of great quality. I've only had it a couple of weeks but have had it up, over my shoulder, and back to the ground at least a couple hundred times. Time will tell on its longevity but so far so good.

In my opinion the best strongman style bag. Their strap/zipper/sealing is the least obstructive. Arrived very quickly and price is competitive. Of the major brands this will be the brand I continue with as I get stronger with bags.

Went with the 75# bag. Easy to fill, very fun tool for my gym.

I have a rogue 100 lb bag, but I like this one better because it doesn't have the extra velcro cover. Definitely fill with the dry play sand like their video says. I weighed mine at 195 from 4 x 50lb bags. If you are newer to strongman like me, definitely get this 200 bag over the 250. I squat and dead around 495 right now, this 200 lb bag is challenging and forces me to work on technique. I'll come back for the 250 lb (body weight for me) later, and it will be from this great company.

My first time trying sand bags work outs and man does it kick you butt. Love this bag!

I finally just packed it up full of play sand and immediately i could tell this one the one to get the job done. It may not be the heaviest for experienced lifters but for intermediate and below you simply gotta give it a go. I wasn't sure how the 125 lb would feel like but after a few lifts i could honestly feel my ancestors within my bones. If you dont have atleast one, you should add it to your regiment, you wont be disappointed unless you go overboard maybe.

I just got my second freedom strength strongman sandbag. Just like the first, I love this bag. Super sturdy, looks and feels great. I took the 175lb-er for a ride today. Loved it!

I had been a Rogue loyalist for many years, but as time has passed, they have lost their customer service and any personal connection to the people they serve. I have looked at other companies for my fitness tools. Recently, I came across Freedom Strength. I wanted a 50lb bag for more mobility/strength work (think one arm lunges, high rep squats, etc.) and purchased the 50lb in white. First, I got an email from the company helping me understand how to maximize the bag, purchase the right sand, and thank me for being a customer. When I wrote back, I got a reply - this is rare. Second, when the bag arrived, there were great instructions, a couple of stickers (who doesn't love that!), and a note. Five stars. Lastly, the quality of this bag is equal or exceeds Rogue. Well build, thoughtful design. I would happily purchase from them again!

This is my third sandbag from FS. As always, its perfectly crafted to hold exactly 200#. This bag is tight and feels like a stone. Big jump from 150. It'll be challenging to build up from just picking it up one time to working with it.. but that's the goal. I'm excited for the challenge. Having been an athlete all my life (and now 57 yo), these bags have sparked fun and excitement back into training. Love it!

I’ve made two of my own sandbags in the past and I’ve gotta say the Freedom Strength Co is significantly better than what I made. The fabric feels great and the weight is compacted better. It was easy to fill and I love the internal funnel. I actually brought it inside and I go do a few reps every time I get off the couch or carry it around with me in the house to build strength for my next bag lol. I've been trying to get back into lifting heavy stuff for a very long time. I've filled the 100lb bag half way for a cautious sensible start, I'm 59 and want lasting results not injuries. I bought the 100 lb bag a few months ago and am ready to try my hand at the 150. The quality has been great and no leakage. I also like how these don’t have a flap to fuss with or snag on like some of the other brands.

High quality product, re: Strongman Sandbag V3. I like 2-tone with a red top. Helps me align on the ground to "roll" it up on my wrists. BUT, IMO, the biggest advantage you have is your intermediate weight sizes: 75 lbs, 125 lbs, 175 lbs, etc... To me, a lack of these sizes is a poor business model.

If I could only have one piece of equipment in my gym it would be a Freedom Strength Sandbag. They’re the best in the business.

Shipping to South Korea was surprisingly fast. The build quality is solid - 3-4 layer seal system means zero sand leakage. I used silica sand to fill the 175lbs bag but came up slightly short on weight - depends on your filler material. Surface texture is grippy enough for workouts without being harsh. Very satisfied with my first sandbag. My dog likes it too. Planning to grab another once I adapt to this weight.

Awesome bag. I love how there is no flap so nothing scratches or gets in the way when lifting. I have mine loaded to 110lbs right now. 50lb bag of sand in bottom. A trash bag filled with rubber mulch in middle and another 50lb bag of sand on top and then a bit more from a third sand bag to get it to the 110. When I’m ready, I’ll remove the bag of rubber mulch filler and load it to capacity. Highly recommend this quality bag.

Terrific product(s) - 150 & 100 strongman and 50 atlas. This is my first foray into sandbag training. Love the texture of the bag, the red/black/white color scheme, the branding and the font choice. Every time I use these bags I leave exhausted and grinning from ear to ear. I can’t recall a time I’ve enjoyed weight training this much. I’m glad I found reviews of these products on YouTube.

How could a sandbag give you freedom? At first I just wanted to test out some strongman type exercise. After having my second child and finding out it's hard to squeeze in a bodybuilding program on top of caring for a newborn, I realized I could pretty much hit my entire body with a sandbag in 30 minutes and still have enough gas for my family. Plus it's making me a better father for many reasons! My max deadlift is somewhere in the 400s (I only have 315lbs in my home gym and can rep it 15+) the 100lbs was way too light for strength but KB suggested higher rep work and - sure enough - it's perfect for amrap and emom work. Definitely getting the 200lb bag next!

This is my favorite piece of workout equipment yet. I was nervous about the sand coming out since I'm in an apartment, but the bag is very high quality and that is not an issue. The 150lb feels heavier than I expected but it leads to a great workout. Whenever I have more space I'll probably get the 100lb bag next.

Great product. Super well made. I got the 200lb one and filled it up most of the way to 175 and it's not too floppy. I wasn't quite ready for 200 yet, so I'm glad it works well at ~175. If I could pick one thing to nag about, it would be the filling process. It wasn't the easiest and I ended up getting sand everywhere. But this is a bit of a trade off, because once it's filled and sealed up, that sand is never coming out unless you purposefully open it. Overall 5 stars and I plan on buying more sizes in the future.

This 150 lb white strongman bag is by far my new favorite training bag. The quality is top notch. I really like the white canvas color and it stands out in my garage gym. The material is really surprising. It feels strong and still has a slightly softer feel than the Hussafel Freedom Strength bag and significantly softer than the Cerberus bag. I like that I can go for reps with it shirtless and not scratch my chest and arms up as badly. Not I mind it but the wifey doesn’t like blood on her sheets. Training partner approves and gives it her paw of approval! Have to get stronger so I can justify a bigger one than the Cerberus 80kg I have filled up to 92kg. Good to have goals!

The sandbag is very well made the stitching was nice and neat and the material the bag is made out of is very good quality. The sandbag is slightly tougher to fill compared to others however it's with a purpose the inner liner you fill folds over before zipping the bag up to add a little extra support so that the sand stays into the bag with use. Something that other sandbags I've delt with did not have.

I’ve had a number of sandbags from different companies and to be honest most were lacking in either being durable or just the overall quality in general. I was watching a YouTube video by The Stone Circle and he recommended these bags. So I figured I would take a chance and try this sandbag and I’m glad I did. First thing I noticed was the quality of the sand bag in that it’s heavy duty material. Second thing I loved was there are no separate filler bags for sand it’s all one unit. I absolutely love this sandbag so far. And the shipping was fast.

I’ve always wanted to get a Sandbag to build some real strength but never knew which brand to get or how heavy. I wanted a high quality bag so I had to make sure I got the right one. It’s funny because I actually bought a Cerberus first, but the shipping turned out to be 3 weeks. FS restocked and I said, I’m not waiting any longer and got the 175. It arrived 2 days later and man, I’m in love! Just buy one!

This 225 lb bag is great. Easy to fill, solid to work with, and almost too heavy to throw around. Almost.

I started with the 100lb strongman bag and pretty quickly added the 150lb. The bags are very high quality, look great, and are a (brutal)joy to work with. I purchased the 150 lb strongman bag. I also own an 80 lb training bag and 100 lb Atlas bag. After using all 3 I can confidently say the strongman is currently my favorite of the 3. They are all great. But this strongman bag is truly built different. All your muscles will grow muscles if you use this bag in your training. 10/10 stars. Will be purchasing more in the future!

I used a mixture of sand and rubber mulch from Home Depot to fill it at about 110lbs to start. Doing floor to shoulders and bear hug carries at the end of my Kettle Bell work outs has added new life and some fun to my program. Old man farm boy strength here we come!

My second strongman bag purchase! (100 pounds bag still in use, especially for warmup and strength endurance) Got about 140 pounds of sand in this 150 pound bag. After a few workouts, the fabric has stretched some and settled in. Looks like adding the last 10 pounds of sand will be no problem. This type of sandbag-to-shoulder, bear hug carries, and sandbag box squats are really the only heavy lifts that dont bother my 47 y/o shoulders. If I had to choose only one strength training item for home, the strongman sandbag would be it. It is the best strength builder/maintainer for everyday, real world utility. Short, twice a week workouts have fortified my posterior chain, making daily chores of lifting and carrying noticeably easier. Lastly, the Freedom Strength bags are sized better (more compact) than Cerebus and Rogue, which are only a few inches wider. Im 5’10, 170 lb, medium build and the Freedom strength bags are more comfortable to lift and clean than other brands.

I have been using it for a few weeks, and I appreciate its overall performance. The size and quality are impressive, and it effectively holds the advertised weight. I look forward to seeing how it continues to meet my needs.

I actually love the closure. You don’t realize how much you feel the taped edges of the flap enclosure on different sandbags until you throw around a bag without one. I will adding more Freedom Strength Co. bags to my firehouse gym.

First time sandbag training. Wanted to switch things up. With extensive research, determined these were best. So far so good.

Great bag, fun workouts - the white gets dirty and you can’t wash it or clean it off but the black bags are absorbing the same amount of muck and you’re not noticing all the filth when you’re cuddling the bag during carries and cleans so I guess I appreciate seeing all of the grime that I’m amassing while forging my manliness.

Solid bags from an American company. Same ones they use for TTG. Makes my training for the games more effective since I train with the same brand, size and weight of bags used in the TTG competitions. Plus the red and black is a great color scheme.

I decided to begin gradually, so for now I only added 75 lb to get my body used to lifting heavy loads. Love these bags. I never do reviews but these things are too damn good not to. I’ve made my own sandbags in the past and they were ok but these are a different level. I started out with a 175 lb bag and I loved it so much I bought a 150 lb and the 225 lb ones and I’m about to get a couple more now

Tested for the first time today and had a great workout. I used rubber crumb to fill it from an older bag no longer used so the weight came in at 70 lbs. I wanted it a bit more user friendly than sheer weight so I’m able to lift, throw, toss etc

I got the #150 and #200 sand bags and they are awesome! Definitely going to buy some more. As a firefighter I feel like it’s one of the best ways to train and prepare for the job, especially those 3am lift assists!

Great bag, just what I needed at 54 years old. 100 was too light and 150 was just a little too heavy for me. Working with the 125 is a great in between. I still work with both the 100 and 150 lb bags, but this seems to be the sweet spot for me.

As a tip for others: I couldn't find the recommended dry play sand, but the type I used dried up quickly enough by leaving the bag to air for a few days and shifting the sand from time to time.

Awesome Sandbag. I got this as a challenge bag for shouldering and have really enjoyed it. I underloaded to 240lbs and it still held good shape. I could be wrong but these feel larger in diameter than an Ironmind which I liked as someone with long limbs. Material and zipper feels substantial and I like the fact that the "liner" is built in for easy filling. Also doesn't hurt that it looks cool. Thanks for the great bag! Ill be back for more.

Two weeks on the books with this sandbag and I’m hooked. I started with the 100lb bag to build technique and I’m already planning on sizing up. Ive done competitive powerlifting for years and wanted to get into strong man and what better way then with a 300lb bag haha. This is my second purchase, this time I bought the 75lb bag! I personally feel like the 75lb bag has been great for training and warming up to move onto the 125lb bag (filled only at 100lb currently). These are honestly my favorite pieces of gym equipment as they’re robust and easily adaptable to my training routine. I follow a pretty simple training routine of push/pull sorta days and I’m able to do most if not all of the exercises with these bags. It feels more practical and way more satisfying. These bags have changed the game for me and I don’t think I’d like going back to typical ways of lifting! Give them a shot!!

This is my winter "carrot" to chase so to speak. I'm 18 months away from my 60th birthday My plan is to spend the the next 18 months working towards shouldering and carrying this behemoth of a bag. I want to shoulder it by my 59th birthday and bear hug carry it for 50yds by my 60th birthday.

Shipping was fast. The video tutorials on how to fill the bags were helpful. I like that the bags are a little taller and thinner than Cerberus brand bags, as that shape is better suited for exercises where the bag is held vertically (e.g. vertical carries, squats, sandbag over shoulder etc.). Nothing strengthens the body like training with heavy, quality sandbags. I love this product!

First time getting into sandbag training and I wish I would have started sooner I love the design on these bags and how they hold thier shape i purchased my self the 100,150,200lb bags and although I'm not new to strenght training the 150lb ones gives me a good workout at my current weight of 185lb .I'm looking foward on working towards the 200lb one and purchasing 50lb and 75lb bags wich are out of stock as of this review for my wife and future daughter.

These bags are tough to fill, but are worth it. Definitely would recommend. They appear to be very durable, but time will tell. Also the customer service is fantastic. I ordered one 100lb bag and one 75lb bag and was accidentally sent two 100lb bags, and my order was corrected immediately after I sent an email. Super easy process.

I’m new to heavy sandbag training and along with Cody Janko’s training material, it’s my favorite way of training. I’ve tried some other versions of this style of sandbag from other brands but Freedom’s designed is certainly made to be top quality.

Great sandbag which has held up to repeated height-level drops onto cement for 2 weeks now. Biggest hurdle with this product is finding reproducibly dry sand for filling. I went to 5 different hardware stores without success and ended up having to pay an additional premium price for a product on Amazon.

I love the new sandbag in the white limited-edition style (although, it will certainly get dirty). 200 pounds of sand fit nicely into the bag giving it a comfortable not too tight, not too soft feel. I will certainly buy again!

Really loving this Freedom Strength sandbag. I enjoy the design which differentiates itself from the hook and loop long flap closure that most bags have - now that’s not around to get in the way (wasn’t a huge problem with other bags but still small tweak that’s nice). I opted for the limited edition white since it was only a few dollars more and looks much different than my other bags; it looks even better in-person. The seams are triple stitched and material has kind of a shine to it, somewhat less texture than my other bags. Feels like a quality bag that I look forward to using for a long time. I will certainly consider purchasing Freedom Strength sandbags for friends as gifts and larger ones when I get to that point.

Feels very durable, I also appreciate that it has maintained its structure better than several other bags I have. In addition, the availability of size increments made it an ideal purchase. The only complaint is that the fill slot is relatively small making filling the bag more difficult, but this also naturally helps keep it from leaking as easy.

Good quality, very easy to fill. Sand packs on nicely and the closure is pretty straightforward. Had a little trouble getting the zipper started but using a pair of needle nose pliers solved that pretty quickly. Will definitely buy again when I need a 125 pounder next.

Bag was perfect! This being my first one, I went for 125lb and after testing it out the first day, I took sand out and left it at 100lb for a while. Currently trying to get strong at 100lb before taking it back to 125lb. If you’re new to these, it’s not like lifting traditional weights. I thought 125lb would be cake, but I’m getting worked at 100lb. Definitely will want another one in the future!

Beating up this bag with swinging, dropping/tossing, and dragging it shows no sign of tearing. I have 100lbs on this and it really shows how well made it is. Quality 10/10. I like how containing the sand is reinforced with velcro, zipper and then another flap with velcro.

Don’t make the mistake I did and buy a cheap bag first. This bags quality is 2nd to none and well worth the price. Its use for different exercises is only limited by your imagination. I’m almost 70 years old and have been lifting weights since I was 31 . If you want to get or stay in great shape I highly recommend this product! 💪🏼

I love the bag. Freedom strength at the only ones who are making bags that aren’t filled with smaller bags of sand but instead are filled directly with sand. This makes them less hard and more flexible which is great not only for throwing but also for carrying them over the shoulder. Great stuff! 💪🏻

This was my first Freedom Strength training bag (I have 3 strongman bags already) and I love it! My last off-brand handled bag started leaking within a few weeks, but this one is extremely durable. I also love the handles, all other training bags I've had have had handles that are way too long and thin, the ones on the Freedom Strength bag are much more functional. It's a great training bag and I 100% recommend it

Always a great experience. Freedom Strength has a customer for life. I have a few training style sandbags and they will all be replaced with freedom strength. There’s no multiple liners, since it’s single liner there’s no outer shell slip that takes up half the range of motion before the weight even starts to move. Love everything about this.

This thing is beefy. LOVE the funnel for filling the inner liner; there is no wrestling the inner liner into an outer bag. For those looking to use this as the gap between 100 and 130 lbs, but lots of rubber mulch. Even with a full bag of rubber mulch mine is floppy at 112lbs.

This bag is built very sturdy and from quality materials. The stitching is true and symmetrical all around. The grab handles are plentiful and comfortable. I filled the bag with play sand for a total weight of 85lbs. The bag has plenty of slack in it and is no where near over filled at 85lbs. I would expect this bag to last a very long time. It will be used at F3nation.com Beatdowns for many years to come!

Purchased a large Freedom Strength Sandbag a few months back and only recently filled it and started using it. It seemed as though the inner liner had issues and anytime it was dropped, would “poor” dust out everywhere, along with the stitching on the Velcro came out. I’ve got plenty of friends with the same back and no issue, so I reached out to freedom strength and JB sent a new one immediately to replace the one I had. Filled it and rocking and rolling again. Customer service is spot on and a bad bag will make it through here and there, so no problem there. Will continue using Freedom strength bags anytime I need a new one without question.

Perfect quality. The opening is wider that the placement of the handles which makes it awkward to close the velcro opening of the inner lining . Also the opening of the inner lining is wider than the opening of the outer velcro hatch. However everything else being perfect, I could not give less than 5 stars. Figure out the above and in my opinion - best training sandbag out there - and I got a couple of them. Very well made

Probably like many others that purchased one of these bags, I was introduced to them by “The Stone Circle” on Youtube. I have been in the Army 7 years now and I had taken an enhanced duffle bag and filled it with sand to train with before I realized that this type of training was apparently a thing. This bag though was my first specific sandbag I have purchased for training. While I have not had it for very long I’m very happy with it so far. It’s holding up to 4 days a week of abuse so far after 2 weeks. I look forward to seeing how durable it is in the months to come.

The bag stood up to the torture I put it through. The handles are solid and they have just the right amount of padding. The Velcro holds the inner bag shut really well. The inner bag has a nice wide mouth making filling way easier than other brands I have purchased in the past. Excellent bag!

I used my sand bag in a fitness and shooting competition. We tortured this 100lb bag for 2 days straight throwing it over objects and slamming it in the ground. These bags are tough as nails! Couldn’t be happier

Got the bag through the FAFO online challenge and have been doing some TTG workouts for a little over a year. This sandbag got put through the ringer this past weekend and stood up to the test. The bag seems durable yet not crazy rough material which is nice so its not tearing skin on the hands/ knuckles/ and forearms!! Will be getting some of the other bags to use as well

I bought the Freedom Strength medium size 60-80# training sandbag some time ago and I'm really impressed with its design and durability. I bought the kids 15-25# sandbag because it fits perfectly into my Ruck Sack and I can do some Kettle Bell style workouts with it. I really like the quality of your products. This is my second Training Sandbag Purchase. I did a review on my first one when I got it. It has been the best bag I have ever used. I am 5 months in with it and shows some wear, but no damage to the structure, supports, or handles. The hook & loop material tore up, but considering I overload the bags by about 25% by using a much denser filler material than sand, this is to be expected. That said, every other bag that I have used over the last four years would start to fall apart by now. The seams rip, the filler bags bust, the zippers break, or the handles start ripping away from the shell. I have not had ANY of those issues yet, and I abuse these bags. They get thrown, dragged, dropped, rained on, etc. They never get the nice controlled environment of a gym or smooth floor. They only get used outside, 3 days a week, rain or shine, for tough 45 minute workouts. I say all of that to get to the point, I bought a second one because the first exceeded expectations. What else do you want? The bags are worth every penny.

The 100 pound multi use bag is excellent. I’ve been drag crawling up and down the street with it for a good stretch and all it’s gotten is dirty. High quality and durable product. Will def be getting the next sizes up once I’m ready 🤙🏼

Outstanding sandbag! I workout at home and do not have the space for a full straight bar/squat rack setup. Now nearing 60yrs old I prioritize resistance training to 'preserve' as much muscle mass and bone density as possible as I age further... I purchased the size L specifically to max it out and combine it with a 'ruck carrier' (go ruck) to primarily use for front & back squat movements. From what I've experienced to-date, this bag is very well designed and made - the internal compartment design does an exceptional job w/containing sand - zero leakage. Most importantly, the owner, JB, has been incredible in providing timely responses to questions and outstanding customer service - definitely the type of business I want to support!

It's a valuable piece of equipment. I've rigorously tested it at various weight and it has exceeded my expectations! I plan on buying 2 more + additional sandbags.

I have only had this bag for a short time, so I cannot comment on the durability just yet. I am very tough on my sandbags, and I consider it a win if they last longer than 6 months. That said, this bag appears to be built as well, or better, than any of the bags that I have used. I have it loaded with a mixture of Pyroblast and Play Sand, and it is weighing in at 170# now. There are only 4 real players that I have found that make Training Sandbags with this type of weight range. You have Rogue, Cerberus, Brute Force, and Freedom Strength Company. This is the first bag that does not have anything I don't like. The handles are awesome, the dimensions are manageable (It isn't so fat that your center of gravity is too far from your chest in the front rack), Their are plenty of options on which handle to use, the zipper cover stays put and you don't have the hook and loops dragging across your face while you are cleaning it, the funnel style inner bag is easy to load, the fact that it only has one liner, etc. Needless to say, I love the bag and I enjoy my outdoor F3 sandbag workouts with it 3 days a week. So Far, it is the best bag that I have ever used. If it is durable, and it seems like it is, you have won a lifetime customer.

About a dozen workouts in and the Training Sandbag is showing no signs of wear and zero dusting so far. Worth every penny!

Love this sandbag! I have the XL. I started with filling it at 120lbs, then 130 and now 135 lbs. I use it for cleans,bent over rows, front squats and deadlifts. I really like how there are no smaller bags with this bag, just one large chamber. I will continue to fill it as I get stronger all the way to 150

There are some pieces of equiptment that are functional and "value" priced and others that are over but, meticulous designed and just "nice" and then there are a few rare pices that are all of the above. This is one of the nicest, best designed, and amazingly priced pieces of equipment Ive owned. Assided from the effectiveness and versatility of the exercises, the quality of the bag just adds another level of enjoyment. Pics are of my workout buddy who loves dragging this thing around while im watching my breath. He's more of an athlete and model than I'll ever be.

Training for a strongman comp and decided to go with the atlas stone sandbag as a starter. 150 lb definitely sneaks up on you

I bought the 100lb and 150lb Atlas bag. I absolutely love them. This video was my first time using one. This is the 100lb. I’m going to get the 50lb next. I highly recommend them! Be prepared to practice. Watch the videos with all of the uses.

This baby arrived way early and the construction is pitch perfect, im still working with my 125lb strongman bag the V2 version but the whole idea of replacing a traditional with almost unorthodox heavy bags has come full circle for me and I'm immensely grateful to the crew here at Freedom strength 💪 and as soon as I master the 125 pounder, i will lift the Atlas bag for Olympus is calling 📞

I purchased the 50 Atlas Bag just for the office & it is Fantastic. A few GTS or Bent Rows or Carries down the hall and back. Filled it's a hair over 57 lbs, Just enough to weight to keep myself "active" throughout the day but not enough to mess with regular training. Shout out to The Stone Circle!

At first, purchased a strongman bag and an atlas stone to test the waters. Not but two weeks later, there are three strongman bags and three stones in the garage, with more to come. The team at Freedom Strength has been so accommodating and responsive; happy to be adding more of their equipment soon!

Filled a 50 lbs. to roughly ~60 lbs. for throws, explosive push press, etc. The photo shows the (2) “stone” bags in the line up, I feel a 120 would be all that’s left to complete the set, in addition to the Freedom 150-200-250. Quality and feel is top of the line.

I love this sandbag the amount of work your "crush" muscles get using this style of bag compared to the traditional strongman bags is crazy. (I also own and use several different weights of the strongman bags both serve a purpose.)

Love it! Totally kicking my tail

This is my second 100lb bag. What I like is it is a true 100lbs. My first one fit about 80 lbs. This fit 2 full 50 lb bags of sand. True to its weight.

started off as a complete beginner, lifting this thing is the one of the simplest ways i can think of to build full body functionality great physique and strength hands down. Just pick it up and lift, and add more sand each workout. Its great!!

Been working out with friends using a Rogue 100lb sandbag, and this design immediately increased the difficulty! I’m looking forward to putting this through he ringer over the next few years!

I now own the Atlas, Training, and strongman bags. They are all great bags. The Atlas bag is a lot of fun. I enjoy squats, carries, and shouldering and really just love to pick it up. I think all of these bags are worth your money but I think now that Ive used all 3 Id say the Strongman is slightly my favorite if i am being 100% honest but you will love them all.

I love the standard strongman sandbags, but these round ones are just so much fun! The 100 lb one, in particular, is just a little nugget of heavy goodness to toss around and have fun with.

The 100 LB atlas filled to 95% measures 51" circumference / 16" diameter. At 5'5" and short arms, I can just clasp my hands fully around the bag. Perfect fit for me. :)

I bought the 200 lb Husafell sandbag to simulate an average American male for victim rescue. It’s shorter and fatter than anticipated but it does the job. The width actually makes it more challenging than a cylindrical sandbag which is counter to what I intended. However, myself and my crew are able to carry it in full turnouts and SCBA as part of a standard fitness challenge. Picking it from the ground is very difficult with structure gloves, but one of my guys was able to do it. We normally pick it from a box when doing the challenge. If I could reorder, I would go with the regular sandbag shape for this particular purpose, but aside from the shape the thing is solid and I am happy to have and use it for years to come.

Great bag have not gotten to use it in training yet.

I grabbed the 150lb bag put 50 pounds of rice and the rest is sand. Ended up being about 120 pounds. Had a knee replacment and about 6 more follow up surgeries. Sandbags have been a god send for squats. Can't wait to get more.

So 200 was a bit heavier than anticipated, but it was easy to pull out some sand and get to a more workable weight for a newbie like me. The quality of the materials is strong. The ability to add and secure the sand is easy to manipulate, and keep the sand and dust where you want it, in the bag.

Bag felt great can really tell it is mad out of high quality material. Came fast after ordering. Will be buying more for sure.

Love it. The tapered shape allows me to get a better grip than the traditional bags made by Rogue. I can get used to walking with heavier weight before my grip wears out.

This bag is terrible. Do I love it? Well, yes. Would I recommend it? Does a bear shit in the woods? Will I probably buy more? Yeah, probably; when I’m feeling awfully masochistic. Is it also a god awful training tool? Yes; in the best way possible. It’s somehow more difficult to pick and carry than a regular husafell. I thought at least one of those aspects would be a little bit easier. The bag was everything I anticipated and hoped it to be and more. Thanks Freedom Strength for the quality product and sore body

I really like the sand containment features. It feels like there are several, redundant, features that have been built in to the design to make this product feel "over-built". When you're throwing around a hundred pounds, being "over-built" is an accolade!!! Thanks!!!

Sturdy sandbag that withstands 16” drops for 100s of reps so far! Love the handle and the internal zipper and Velcro to really feel secure to add sand. Only have 30lbs in but plenty of room left for more

Very well made. Strong. Can take abuse. And they are very very easy to fill. The opening is like a little funnel…just pour the sand in. No mess at all.

I purchased a throwing bag last year, and after using it every week, the zipper broke. It was just under a year old so I contacted Freedom Strength to ask a bout a warranty program. They asked for a few photos of the zipper and an immediate response was, "we will send you a replacement bag" WOW!!!! That is some great customer service!!! Super strong and durable 

So far this bag feels really tough! I’ve only thrown it about 20 times so far (on grass) so I can’t comment on its durability as far as that but so far it seems stout. The stitching is strong and the handle is stiff so it’s nice that it doesn’t buckle when you go to throw it. I loaded it to 40lbs with plenty of room for more sand as well. So far I love it. Side note I messaged the email on the website for a question I had and they responded within about 30 minutes on a Sunday as well. So far I’m very impressed with the product and customer service !

Sandbag looked very heavy duty. All zippers and stitching looked great. I loaded it up with 50 lbs of sand and began doing overhead throws. The bag ripped during my first workout with it. I sent pictures to customer service and had a new bag within 2 days. The new bag is holding up great after 3 workouts so far. Very happy.

Love this throwing bag! Probably the most heavy duty handle I've felt on a bag. Comfortable grip, easy to adjust the weight as needed, would highly recommend to anyone.

I continue to be impressed by the quality of these throw bags. My newest one even came with an embroidered logo, which is a very nice touch!

This throw bag is made with exceptional quality. I have 2 Cerberus throw bags and this is of equal or even better construction. Double inner bag with zipper and Velcro flap equals up to a very sturdy bag! I actually prefer this handle to the Cerberus. The handle has some give to it which is actually much more comfortable in your hand and less likely to scrape against your thighs. 100% recommend!
