Designed for throwing, this throwing bag has many more uses. It can also replace alot of movements you would use a kettlebell for. Swings, squats, snatches, clean & press, rows, curls and anything else you can think of.

All bags ship unfilled, allowing you to customize the weight and choose your own desired filling material.
Can be filled with sand, pea gravel, or rubber mulch.
Can hold up to 75 lbs of sand and 35 lbs of rubber mulch

Please note: The loadable weight of each throwing bag is dependent upon the size and density of the filler materials being used. Recommended to be used on rubber and nonabrasive surfaces to keep the integrity of the bags intact.
